This year marks the beginning of our 10th year at Oceans of Energy — a journey that started with a bold vision: to create abundant clean energy at sea, in harmony with nature.

Over the past 9 years, we have:

• Developed the world’s first offshore solar system proven in high wave conditions.
• Installed and operated systems in the North Sea that survived over 10 classified storms.
• Grown from an ambitious idea to a company delivering safe and commercial offshore solar projects.
• Pioneered the concept of integration with offshore wind, and kickstarted research with many partners into the impact and performance of offshore solar — with results published in peer-reviewed journals.
• Achieved key recognitions like ISO, DNV SOC and BureauVeritas AIP certifications

And now, we are entering our biggest chapter yet, the HKN1 project. This is the world’s first offshore solar farm inside an operational offshore wind farm, in partnership with Crosswind.
