Oceans of Energy designs, builds, installs and operates offshore solar farm systems—co-located within offshore wind farms or stand-alone offshore and inshore—to produce clean, reliable and bankable power at sea. Investing in Oceans of Energy
Oceans of Energy is an established company backed by early investors and project-based funding as well as commercial income. This has allowed us to execute more than 9 years of continuous R&D, testing, fabrication, offshore construction, offshore operations and monitoring. This has resulted in the first-in-the-world proven offshore solar system, ready for large scale production, as well as a strong knowledge and experience base in the world of engineering, fabrication, logistics, project management and offshore operations.
In 2023 we signed our first commercial contract – with Crosswind, a joint venture between Shell and Eneco – for the Hollandse Kust Noord project in the Dutch North Sea. Offshore installation will be completed in 2025. We have a global focus for further business development.
The combination of proven technology and an organization ready for commercial projects, a market rapidly gaining traction, and supply chains and governments providing support, make us well positioned for an investment round in 2025-2026.
